The idea

We connect WhatsApp with your systems to automate communications, improve support and keep every conversation under control.

The problem

Handling WhatsApp by hand doesn't scale.

Repeated replies

The team answers the same frequent questions over and over.

Lost conversations

Unanswered messages and no idea who served each customer.

Manual reminders

Confirmations and alerts sent one by one, without follow-up.

Disconnected data

Information copied by hand between WhatsApp and your systems.

Personal numbers

Business support from personal phones, with no control or backup.

No metrics

No visibility into response times or results.

Modalities

Not every way to "use WhatsApp" is the same.

We explain the differences clearly so you choose the right route. The official API is not the same as an integration based on WhatsApp Web.

WhatsApp Business (app)

For micro-businesses served from a phone.

  • Quick to start, no Meta cost per message
  • Depends on a phone being on
  • Very limited automation and multi-agent
  • Not suitable for systems integration

Over WhatsApp Web Unofficial

Integrations that depend on a linked session.

  • Lower initial cost in some cases
  • Not equivalent to Meta's official API
  • Depends on a session and a linked phone
  • Higher block risk and less stability
  • No delivery or continuity guarantees

We choose the right modality with you based on cost, stability, scalability and permitted use. Any unofficial solution is clearly identified with its limitations and risks.

FAQ

What we're asked most.

What is the difference between WhatsApp Business and the API?

The app runs from a phone and suits small businesses. The official API (Cloud API) enables automation, templates, webhooks and several agents connected to your systems, without depending on a physical phone.

Can I use my current number?

In many cases yes, but a number cannot be on the app and the official API at once. We assess your case before migrating.

How much does Meta charge and how much WhatsApp506?

Meta defines the per-conversation fees (external and variable). WhatsApp506 (PZ Producciones) charges for implementation, integration and support depending on the project. We do not publish fixed prices.

Can I send advertising?

Only authorized communications: recipient consent and Meta-approved templates are required. We do not work with purchased lists.

Does it integrate with my CRM or in-house system?

Yes, through API and webhooks we connect WhatsApp with your CRM, ERP, calendar or in-house system.

Can more than one person handle it, and use AI?

Yes. The official platform allows several agents on the same number and AI assistants that hand off to a person when needed.

What if Meta rejects a template or restricts a number?

It can happen: Meta reviews templates and number quality affects sending capacity. We adjust content and flow to its policies.
