WhatsApp is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp506 is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta, unless expressly stated. Use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's terms and policies, which may change. The fees Meta charges per conversation are external and variable.
4. Responsible use
Whoever contracts the service is responsible for having a legitimate basis to communicate with their contacts and for obtaining consent where applicable. Use of the service for non-consented communications, purchased lists, or content that infringes Meta's policies or applicable law is not permitted. See the acceptable use policy.
5. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee delivery of all messages or the absence of restrictions by Meta, as they depend on external factors such as number quality, template approval and platform policies. We provide the service with professional diligence, without guarantees of results beyond our control.

The content and trademarks on this site belong to their respective owners. Third-party trademarks are used for descriptive purposes only.
